Lol honestly, FK is turning into a little HF. We have to many faggots on this site now like Kids that take shit to serious, or kids that start drama. Honestly if your starting shit, you should get a week ban. You scammed, your IP banned forever. I dont like seeing these dumb fucking deal with caution shit. no offense Dura, I love you but its almost as bad as HF when they dont even ban kids with valid scam reports on them.

I'm no fan of the 'Deal With Caution' group either. The main reason why is because in the original rules it states if you scam you are banned permanently and you may not return even upon returning the scammed items. The 'Deal With Caution' group was added to "counter-react" such a rule. I'm not saying people shouldn't have second chances, but most scammers won't only scam once, there is no guarantee they won't scam again. "Once a scammer, always a scammer."

As for Kyle, I do not fully understand the scenario so I will not dictate whether you are a scammer or not. I suggest others do the same. I hope this get sorted out soon, man.

Why would he charge back on his own paypal, close that one out, start a new one, and ask his family for fucking money to repay people to make shit right??

You do know that people can SE other sites / businesses to get your Personal information, and then use what they collected to call paypal and get a password reset correct?
So say that I (Slacker) collected information on you (Contest) and SE paypal into giving me (slacker) the option to reset your (contest) password. I (slacker) reset it, if not just get it directly from them, and charge back every payment that you (contest) made. This is grounds for you (contest) to be banned or added to the Deal with caution group?? Come on bro put your self in Kyle's shoes for this.
