But i think you should train during your puberty because that way your muscles will develop better. (if you have good training list what to do , and not like "I will pump my muscles everyday like maniac on that bench")
 
Yea there are exercise he can do in puberty but he needs someone to regulate the weight thta he is trainig with.
 
I use a powerball, it's a fun addictive way to strengthen my forearm muscles :)
 
i'm turning 40 this coming march 2011, and with the last 3 to 5 years i didn't do much training/exercises, what can you advise me regarding on how can i be active again and be back in shape
 
Icon i think jogging is the best i have a younger brother he lost 15 kilos in one month by jogging.

Yes even my cousin sister went jogging for 3 weeks and have lost lots of weight and i want to lose weight since i have put on a lot. Can you suggest me other ways to lose weight

Jogging really helps. I do it extremely often and now i can run far and fast. However if you dont have that sort of time every day to jog, i would recommend skipping rope. It kills calories fast and works alot of your muscles. It increases your stamina and destroys your body fat.
