The first of any trilogy is always the best since it's kind of "unexpected" of what's to come and how everything looks. The only trilogy that could keep up with always surprising us is Harry Potter.

I am not agree with your point that the first part is always the best one. In case of Terminator all parts are simply superb. Infact the later ones are way ahead of the first ones. Similar is the case with X-Men later parts are just teraffic.

I love transformers i have seen 2 parts now its time for transformers 3. But the way when it will going to release i havn't heart about it yet by the way i hope transformers 3 will be just like as we expected it.
