Turboing/Deal With Caution usergroup

I feel if a user is selling a turboed account, they should also be placed into the Deal with Caution group. In adddition the Deal with Caution group should not be allowed to view the Marketplace tab altogether, for security of our community. Sure they can just ask for information on on whats being sold, but they would have to go and actually ask. If they make a second account, then it would be considered to be ban evading. Which would turn into a permanent suspension from the boards.

If you read my post properly, I said what If the user bought the gamertag off a turboer, meaning he did not actually turbo the tag..

I dont like turboers either. But i dont think they should go into the deal with caution group. They didnt really scam anyone. They just took a tag that was technically available. I feel bad for those who get turboed. But its partially their fault for swapping without waiting.

But you do have a point. Just thought i would throw in my opinion.
