I can accept Paypal just not directly. My Paypal is in negative $88 atm. If anyone wants to pay with Paypal they have to buy RS gold with the Paypal and pay with that. I'm willing to go first to trusted users and they don't have to have any knowledge of RS to do this. They simply just enter my RS username in the box and pay with Paypal. It's the same thing as sending it directly to me.
