I wouldnt trust him, if you read his ban reason you'll see he tried to steal a users @.

Ban Reason: None of the staff team are aware how you are unbanned including @Philly.
No one comes back with out a proper pardon and you tried to trick luis and steal his instagram. (Permanent)
