Unban method or tag swap method of banned tag?

Does anybody have this method? I hear Quad has this method, but i was wondering if anyone has a LEGIT vouched for working way to tag swap or change a banned gamertags tag... Also if you could, how do you entirely delete a account from the system? Because i remember a guy with the GT Skrillex and people kept trying to jack his tag so he deleted his account, and made it a zune tag so no one could jack it.

If you do a FNC method it will not work support can't do it anymore and if it goes up to tier 3 your gamertag will simply be deleted good luck tho bruh!

How do i get it to a tier 3? I thought you could only speak to tier 2?

I think any method that involves FNC will delete the tag forever.. If you're tag is very OG then i woul suggest to wait it out for a better method. That's what im doing
