The website is marked as scam by my side. It uses www.hpages.com - free hosting and free sub-domain. If the title says "Unlimited $1 in your AlertPay" then why don't the owner purchase himself a hosting and a domain?

It`s a referral job means firts you have to invest 1$ and than when you refer anyone and he invest 1$ so than you can earn and this is really hard work to do, I must say it`s a big Floop.
