@Philly sent the payment. I am not going to wait 48 hours, as I have heard stories of you scamming and have never done a deal with you. If I don't receive the upgrade in 24 hours I am backcharging.

Edit: ya know what sure I'll wait 48 hours. Also sorry, I was kind of pissed at the world at the time of that post.

You literally just paid for upgrades and it said in the thread that you are can wait up to 48 hours so why bother buying it if you have a problem with the terms and conditions?
Stupid. He told us that we may have to wait up to 48 hours, that is most likely worst case scenario and you have just poked him with a stick about something which he hasn't done to you yet, so why complain?
