Thanks for the heads up.
Unfortunately, he is still allowed to participate because it would be unfair otherwise.
I did not go and research the 50 people who entered the contest, and there could actually be a few others with reports filed against them.
There weren't any rules listed to enter.

Not that he's even on the list, but there is one spot left. If he grabs it he grabs it. If not, gg thanks anyway.
