I agree with most of this, but when you said
-Visiting sites you are not suppose too
-Opening Spam emails or emails that contain a virus
-Pop-Ups

You cannot get a virus from just going to a site you're not supposed to. You can only get a virus if you click on something on that site.

Also the best thing for finding out if you have a virus is MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.

You can get infected from just visiting a malicious site. You don't have to click on the site. As you might know, stuffs like images and all are first downloaded on your cache before displaying them on your computer. So, viruses could even run just like that. Thats why you need Internet Security. Or else, there won't be any need of it. You could simply leave a site without clicking on anything and you'll be virus free. But, thats not how it works. As a matter of fact, I used to get alerted when I visited some PrOn sites, regarding spywares and stuffs when I used to use Zone Alarm. Its a nice program.

No, you don't get a virus by simply opening a spam message. You have to open and run the attachment to get infected by a virus.

The easiest way of infecting your computer is over an USB thumb drive, just make sure that you don't let everyone insert their USB sticks to your computer and be sure you know where you insert yours ....

Could do with a bit more detail and few more references to other tools, however, it is fairly useful. Although, smaller font would help the readability.

Thanks for the info, maybe don't write the headings so big..it makes it a bit hard to read the headings and the topics.

You should also include Kasperskey and AVG internet security package..it isn't free :( but it does work well.
