Buy an NFO from where you are located, its the best solution for gaming without being hit off, you can use it as a VPN. But in general, don't buy a VPN from a company and expect to get great performance with it, as it is being used by hundreds of other customers too.

EDIT: How do you get hit off CSGO? Just make your account private so they can't steam call you or w/e, thats 99.99% how they get your IP without you knowing, I'm pretty sure you can't wireshark CSGO since its not a P2P thing, rather its on valves dedicated servers. Although, its a different story when you are playing on a community server.
