Follow a regular workout plan along with right diet plan to lose your all unnecessary body weight.
Do outdoor cardio exercise daily or at least 5 days a week. All outdoor cardio specially running, jogging, swimming, and cycling have quick results for the fat burning and weight control. Include all these cardio in your daily workout plan.

Why don't people just do sports. Sports keep people active and get them good qualities that are hard to break if you have a good coach.
