Not banned. I know who owns it. I don't know if is the same owner still though. Inactive though.

Just because a gamertag has gold, that does not mean its not banned. A tag remains gold sometimes after it gets banned, its happened with my tags before.

Yeah I have the gt Last Reflex and it appears to have gold but it's banned. I think Rage is banned tbh.
