What is a good F2P MMORPG's?

I'm looking for a fun f2p mmorpg that doesn't have a lot of of restrictions and not pay to win. ​

Actually, yes I have. I started playing in 2008 but then I quit after the EOC update =(
 
Guild Wars 2 is decent, it's a single purchase and then that's it. So no it's not F2P but it's not monthly payments like WoW etc.

Yeah Guild Wars is probably your best bet. It's got the reputation of being free other than the purchase. But you can also try Path of Exile, not quite a MMORPG its a dungeon crawler like Diablo. It's completely free from start to finish. Download the game for free and play free. Also it was 2013 game of the year.
