well we are responsible for every relation wheather it is friendship or relation . well both are important for me but I must say that God made relatives , thank God we can choose our friends so understand and reply....

what is more important friend or relatives ?

This really depends if your relatives are not gossiping about your family or taking advantage of you. Well friends and relatives do gossip and take advantage. So, I'd rather choose friends who stays by your side and helps you each time. This is not just regular friends I am pertaining but TRUE FRIENDS. 
Friends are Different from our family,though we can count also our friend as family but i can say more about our friends than our family.so i think they are both important to me,BUT it depends on the situation or happens what we encounter.If i know that my friends are lier i go with my family and vise versa.
That depends on the friendship and the bond between relatives. Of course, as a family member I will choose my relatives because as they say "blood is thicker than water". But there are exceptions on that. I would rather choose my true and real friends other than my fake relatives.
It depends on your personal situation. Some peoples family are disfunctional to the point that they don't have each other in their best interest. On the other hand certain friends are to the point that you consider them to be family.
