Call of Duty What is the best CoD ever made?

This is a question my friends and i debate on frequently. Now let me ask you what the best CoD was and why? Personally, i feel it's MW2 <3. Debate below :)

I feel the best call of duty made is call of duty 4 , before all the hacks and mods got introduced.
 
Yeah, Cod4 pretty much introduced me to the fps genre, but it was lacking in some areas such as killstreaks. The killstreaks were too vague and easy to get. It seemed like everyone on your team was waiting to call in their helicopter.
 
In what sense? My friend jared told me the same thing, he said the simplicity of the game makes it a better title than the rest of the CoDs. Tell me your reasoning tac :)
 
Call of Duty Black Ops sick zombies, and I liked the increase in health tbh.
 
Cod4 and Cod MW2 are my favorite. I hate MW3 though.
 
@Quad: Yeah zombies was always fun to take a break from kids camping with the galil silencer -_-. and @Hazy: I'll have to agree, i dont like mw3 at all either. For me it has to do with the smg's being able to shoot across map, making lmg's and other gun classes irrelevant.
 
WaW in my opinion. Loved that game.
 
Call of Duty 4 was amazing before the hacks and stuff, and Black Ops was pretty cool because of zombies.
 
I like Battle of Field 3.
 
Lol, Battlefield has it's ups and downs, but for me it's too slow paced. From spawning far away and having to troop to the action. Although, the bullet drop with the snipers is pretty dope.
 
Call of Duty 4 was great but when it started getting modded/hacked it turned to shit. I quite liked COD5 with the introduction of Zombies then Black Ops as well cos that had zombies but with more modern weapons than in COD5.

I 100% agree with rav here. Cod 4 was amazing and WAW brought zombies which was nice, but BO mixed the multiplayer and zombies together perfectly
 
Well, It is true that BO was the most balanced COD, but the terrible hit detection in the multiplayer killed it for me. Although, the new zombie content that treyarch came up with was amazing, so that made up for it. =)
 
I would have to to go with MW2. Great Campaign and the multiplayer is by far my favorite.
