Alright so I've seen a lot of award owners / group owners offering invs to the group / award for a buy in? That's complete bullshit. Awards should be earned, not purchased. If you have a group full of nothing but kids who have a few bucks, whats the point? Also, I've seen lots of rep 4 rep, award 4 award, etc. I ask you, what is the point? Sacrificing the rarity of an award for money? Tarnishing the reliability of the rep system, for some of what you are lowering the value of? I just find it annoying, and ridiculous.
NOTE: I do not have anything against any group owners, award owners, etc.

EDIT: After a lengthy conversation with @Spook, I have changed my opinions on awards. (still not going to buy them, just don't lose respect for those who do. Also, my opinions on groups stays. I agree that to get into a group, everyone joining should pay a small fee, however they should have to qualify for the group. Ex: Certain age, Certain skills, certain trust, etc. Hopefully you guys feel the same way.

I know! It is completely ridiculous. Honestly, if there are people offering BINs for groups / awards, I couldn't care less even if I earned that legitimately. That just destroys the integrity of the owner.
