What is this BIN nonesense?

With my award, I decided I would get something out of it. Simply because I lost interest in it and never gave it out.
 
I agree alot with this, you shouldn't have to pay to get into a group.
 
I posted this a month back. notice how i only have one award.
The only legit one that has to be earned.
