What is your favourite programming language

How is HTML a programming language? It is a markup language, not a programming language. A programming language allows you to describe some sort of process of doing something, whereas HMTL is a way of adding context and structure to text.

Visual Basic.net/C#. They are way more useful than most people like to think and they are very easy to program in. For most any program, I would choose them, though I would pick C/C++ for certain programs over them.

Visual Basic is under rated.

VB can be used for web development with ASP too.
Visual Basic though can be useless in certain situations.

Well, i love Java. It's my favourite programming language. Although i am coding in PHP atm, which is pretty smooth as well.

I specialise in Java as it can run on any system without modification of System calls but also because it is so fast to get from my head into the HD.

I've got a 1200 page book that I bought in London for £50 last year all about Visual Basic and I still haven't got past the basics, lol

Not alot of people use it, but its a damn good language. Definitely will get you some jobs.
