Alright so, the rule is, if someone scams, they get banned, correct?

Look at this shit. http://www.forumkorner.org/thread-57914-post-461509.html#pid461509 The scam report was up for more than 4 days, AND HE'S STILL NOT BANNED. He still never resolved it with Uzi either. Why the fuck isn't this kid banned? Why didn't he get demoted? He has a scam report on him, yet he's allowed to use the site still?

Post anything to defend him, and I'll make you look like a pure dumb-fuck.

My scam report was closed and it wasn't even resolved. I don't know what's happening...

I know. He chargedback FatBoy and a few others too. I doubt his PayPal was hacked.

Simple.
Jimmy thinks that if he closes it, most people will tend to forget about it. If the topic is closed, no one can bump it, meaning most people will probably forget about it soon enough. That's what I'm thinking, at least.
Or, because of the reason Contest stated above.

Depends how much drama is caused by it. Usually shit doesn't get taken care of unless you start a lot of drama since Philly is usually busy and has a fucked up hand.
