I did the deal with him (he even pmmed me his aim) and within 3 hours he disputed his payment. Ban him, and unban him when he does refund us. And he spammed me on aim saying my scam report wants everyone to demote him and he insulted me multiple times. It was a valid scam report anyways

What part of my entire paragraph do you not understand. I suggest reading the help docs as they explain this situation in full detail. He isn't getting banned and noone else is if they scam on leakforums, hackforums, uzigaming, tradeforums, supportforums, or any other fucking forum. If the deal was agreed upon on FK but the trade happens on aim, skype, msn, irl, or any other way but it was made on FK than the person will be banned if valid proof is given. This has never changed sense the day I opened the forum. Not my fault you guys never read the help docs. What you do on other forums is your own shit, and has nothing to do with FK.
