Are the rules scamming in general, or just on site? As this happened on a different site, on Uzi's Elite forums. Not FK. That could be why it was closed and nothing was done. I don't know.

Also, are you sure this was Kyle from this forum and not a fake?

It was Kyle. Also it doesn't matter if it was offsite. It matters that he scammed a ForumKorner member.

I did the deal with him (he even pmmed me his aim) and within 3 hours he disputed his payment. Ban him, and unban him when he does refund us. And he spammed me on aim saying my scam report wants everyone to demote him and he insulted me multiple times. It was a valid scam report anyways

Oh? So off-site deals are at your own risk then? I think that is rather dumb, I think if you have enough proof, it shouldn't matter, as long as they are a member of this forum.

Meaning if he is selling his upgrades via Fk and someone makes the deal because of the post on FK than he would be banned, that is if its not a simple misunderstanding which I bet it is. If you are doing a deal on FK and doing it via aim its still threw FK. As long as its legit screenshots of the program and not logs. this isn't a debate. don't piss me off. The rules have never changed.

I am not going to ban members on Fk just because they have a scam report on HF or ANYWHERE else. That is stupid as fuck.

Listen, the deal was semi-sorta on FK. Kyle found out about uG on FK, so he bought an upgrade on there. If he did not find uG on FK, then Uzi wouldn't be in this situation, would he?

What you said above pretty much states that you can scam on AIM, Skype, and everything off-site.

What part of my entire paragraph do you not understand. I suggest reading the help docs as they explain this situation in full detail. He isn't getting banned and noone else is if they scam on leakforums, hackforums, uzigaming, tradeforums, supportforums, or any other fucking forum. If the deal was agreed upon on FK but the trade happens on aim, skype, msn, irl, or any other way but it was made on FK than the person will be banned if valid proof is given. This has never changed sense the day I opened the forum. Not my fault you guys never read the help docs. What you do on other forums is your own shit, and has nothing to do with FK.
