They get reset randomly and if people knew, they most likely would not say.
 
Some that have and have been taken are: Bungie and Venom
They are hard to get since it's a random reset

Lemon is one.

I knew a guy who owned L e m o n, he changed it to Lemon after Lemon got deleted.

I don't feel like checking Sniper, but Monster is against the ToS. It will never come back unless there's some glitch, but it will just get FNC'd.

That's happened before, and it's possible for that to happen to Monster as well.
