What would you prefer, Life in the Farm or Life in the City

I grew up in the farm and I spent half of my life in the big city as well.

There are many things that I missed doing in the farm like catching wild animals, go fishing in the river, go to the mountain, picking wild fruits, fresh air and a lot more.

Moving in the city is a different experience as well because the stores, hospital, school, etc are just nearby.

Honestly, I can't figure out which place I really wanted to live...I guess, it would be better to live in a farm with easy access to the city?

what do you think? Which one you want to live?In the farm or in the city?
What are you experiences in living in two different places?

Oh yeah? hehe...that's cool. Life in the farm is better if only there is an internet connection and also a vehicle to easy access to the city when you need to go there in case of emergencies.:)

Life in the farm is preferable. You can get peace. You get fresh air. But we have to stay in cities for our profession. Moreover we have been accustomed to the city life.

I prefer life in the city and maybe spend a month or two in the farm. I live in the city and visit grandparents in the country for a month or so every year..it seems like a good bargain, and a good break.

It's been my greatest desire to retire in a farm house where I can plant trees and have my dream backyard garden of vegetables and fruit bearing trees. I was born here and lives in the city for so long and I am tired of the noisy and the fast track way of life of the city folks. I am tired of the pollutions and the apathy of the neighborhood and its high cost of living. It would be great to live in a farm where there's fresh air and quiet life that I have been longing ever since.

Right now, I prefer life in the city because this is where I work, where partner works and where my kid go to school. Eventually, I would like to live in a farm and retire there when I get old. Farm life is like living close to nature.

i was born and grew up in the city, so i think i prefer the city. one time i went to a farm where there was also a small lake where fresh fish and crabs were plentiful. i enjoyed the day i stayed there but at the end of the day, my feet and body were still missing the comfort of being in a city. maybe when i'm old and retired, as long as there is internet access, i would consider living in a farm.

i prefer life in the city to life in the farm because in the city there is so much fun from visiting music concert,to night clubs.watching matches in the stadium but to mention a few but in a farm you are only surrounded by bushes and animal which is not fun to me.

I will say living in a farm is much better because foods that are available there are organic and healthy. The air we can breath is not polluted. Very fresh air indeed. But it is much better if we are able to have a high speed internet connection in the farm areas.

I wish I grew up on a farm. The city is getting boring. But I wouldn't want to catch wild animals! If I had the same internet connection over there i wouldn't mind! :D

Its a hard question. Life is the farm is healthy but it is full of hardship. In the farm you can do natural yoga or aereobics and you need not pay the money for it. You can enjoy the wild life and fresh air. But today in this society, if you do not have a huge capital money in the bank then you can enjoy in the farm. But if you look for income to survive and develop your family then it is not safe unless you are lucky

I have always lived in rural, country like settings and I am okay with it. If I could go to a mid-sized type town I would really like it! I would like it a LOT more then the country life, but like I said it is not killing me staying here. Lubbock TX, 5 hours away from me is a place I would really like to be.. it is not to big and not to small!
