Which Better for Reformat using.. USB or CD ROM?

Probably irrelevant. Free programs (DBAN) can be used with both...but it may be a good idea to use a CD in case the other doesn't work.

I would suggest you to use USB flash drive because from my experience i have been able to install windows 7 in less than 15 minutes. But with the DVD, it took more than 30 minutes.

to tell you the truth i never tried formatting with usb nor i know... i use cd for formatting till now.

It has to be via the CD Rom ! its fast effective n easy!
well u have to use the USB if u dont hve a CD ROM
