Lol this is funny, also just because it is a UK host doesn't mean it is somebody from the UK. I am from the UK and I always use US hosts.

I'd also like to add that the same person probably claimed http://www.credclothing.co.uk , if it was a person on here it is pointless of them to pay £22 for 2 domains that are of no use to them.

It would have been better for you to have bought the domain before hand but then again I wouldn't expect somebody to claim it.

Besides it's not trademarked so it looks very unlikely that you'll be getting it unless you buy it direct from the owner.
