You can tell they are using free bots.

I remember GDK bot use to have this feature and there are videos where people will ask a level an they all would respond at same time.

I see quick chat responses and other stuff like:

It's so obvious.

Also, if they say your username it will either respond and then ignore you or say that they aren't botting.
