Why make up is essentials for girls?

I still dont know why their life is incomplete without make up! But me,i dont wear make up, cause if i applied blush on to my face,my skin breaks out.so i am much prefer of just putting face powder ,lipstick, and mascara.thats it. Simple yet fabulous.

Though I use makeup everytime I go out, I dont think it's a must for everybody. Make up only highlights your features or hides whatever blemishes you have in the face and body. But I know some girls who aren't comfortable with make up. Besides the fact that they are allergic, some think putting on make up is too much work. They dont want to spend hours in front of a mirror. Some justify that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. What's more important is the character of the person.

I wear make up whenever I go kiss boys because they are just super cute, and I need my eye shadow on at all times so that I know if their breath stinks.

its not really essentials for girls.Especially for the young girls below 10 I would say its best not to use proper make up but above that age is okay because girls wear make up because they think it makes them look more full.I am in fact a girl, but i don't wear make up i have learned that most guys like girls to be natural. But some girls believe that make up makes a girl stand out, I say since most every girl wears make up how are u standing out . I think this maybe are the reasons why girls wear make ups . :
1.They're insecure and don't think much of themselves so they want to at least look pretty
2.It's the "COOL" thing to do
3.They think it makes them look nicer and/or more professional
4.Boys like girls with make up ( or at least that's what they think)
5.They want to look unique just because maybe they have blemishes they want to cover up and they're trying to make themselves appear flawless

Well its essential to look them good ! But depends on how you use it. I personally like girls with light make up on them. Not like warriors wearing face paint on them.
