@Color has been cleaning out the thread, once he says its done I will then grant every winner their prize ASAP!!! I really didn't want to take this long to give everything out, which is why I didn't make poeple wait in the most recent contest that was similar. Everyone should know by now I am a man of my word and I said I would wait until it was cleaned to issue the prizes so, that is just what I will do. I however wont make people wait in the future, I personally don't like that. I am currently working on a few moderator promotions just time differences haven't really allowed me to speak with my selected users properly before promotion. Hopefully with the new promotions planned everything should be cleaned even faster and efficiently. 

I think everyone is doing fairly a good job at this time, given the rather small staff team currently.

Not sure, but you could just re-open the private message since I assume it appears in your inbox and then screenshot your screen. You screenshotted the message which may be enough but I'm unsure.
I don't know if you will be refunded the koins since you don't have donator but if you have some money lying around in your paypal I suggest you donate to the site because every little bit helps.

If you have BTC I think you can PM @Philly to donate directly with bitcoin, but I think he did add a feature where you can pay with bitcoin right from one of his threads, you'd have to check that.
I know koins are not refunded if you change usernames with koins and the name you chose was already taken so I'm not sure if he will refund you or not.

I was wondering this also, 2 users who won from that giveaway offered me the Onyx upgrade. I never asked about it after the fact though as the thread did have a ton of replies. I figured Philly would eventually get to it and sort things out as he had other active giveaways going on at the same time so it wasnt hard to tell he had alot going on. No worries though, just have to be patient I guess.
