Too bad "he was super cool" doesn't justify being a moron and doing illegal activities. I'm not saying I hated him because I never even knew him. All I'm saying is that you can't shoot someone and then show up to court and have your friends defend you by saying "yo judge he was super cool". 

If he gets unbanned then why shouldn't everyone get unbanned? He messed up and now has to pay the price. Same as everyone else.
