He put me on Staff because he trusted me to follow his rules and help keep the site clean so he doesn't need to devote all his time to it. There's some things I disagree on, but I still follow his rules and guidelines because I respect him and the opportunity he gave me.
 
Yeah staff could get in shit if they act on impulse and ban him (even though it is probably the best option) just report your neg rep for now and staff will just take it off if it's bothering you.
 
Although he does have a valid point with everybody rep boosting I still agree on this.

Wizards my boy. He's been my friend for a while on Xbox. Never really had a problem with him lmao.
 
You said you never had problems with him and now he is causing mad problems.

He's never on anymore because he quit Xbox I believe.
