That's actually not really hard to get BTC.
The market is evening out, and a lot of people are selling right now.

At this point you don't even need exchangers to get BTC. Just use circle or coinbase. No worry about scammers or having to deal with paypal.

The main reason you need exchangers is that, some people don't have nor want their Bank Acc's linked.

I like PayPal because I know I can charge back if something goes sour. And not to sound big headed, but I feel I earned the position for almost anyone to accept PayPal from me if they have an account setup. Anyone without an account I will simply not deal with. I have no problem accepting BTC, but paying with it is a no no. Tried that once, lost lots of money.
