I've never seen this method before but it does seem familiar, you have to reach it quite a bit to get it to work but it won't be hard at all, and I almost know for a fact it works because I've done something similar.

So I reviewed the method and it seems that the plans you have to do to get someone banned will take patience and a bit of social engineering. This is not a 100% reliable method, but based on what I've seen, I believe it would work 90% of the time. It may take up to 4 days to get the desired console banned.

To wrap this up, if you had a grudge against someone and conveniently had $20 I'd say go ahead and purchase this service as the only thing you need to do is pay and wait for the person(s) console to get banned
