Xbox live currency problem

When I go to buy something it's In dollars, I need it in pounds, any idea how to fix this?

It is on United kingdom but the currency hasn't changed

You may have to contact support. They can redeem it manually, than it should update as the code has been redeemed to the selected account.  I've had to do that before.  You can also go online to Ambassadors program so they can assist you. https://ambassadors.xbox.com/

I think you have to move your account to another country on Xbox com not just change, but j can't find the feature:/
