There seems to be many problems with some members recently and as the owner it's my duty to try and correct these. I want to give every member the chance to voice their concerns without feeling they are going to get warned etc.

This isn't a green light to start flaming and being insulting, try to be constructive with your views.

99% of my decisions are based on what I think the community will benefit from in the long run.

My start up intentions:

1. Make Rune Gear turnover profit every month
2. Make the forums a safe place for all members
3. Make sure staff are fair and do not abuse powers
4. Remove members I feel will prevent Rune Gear from reaching it's goals

I am always open to hear member's ideas and thoughts on changes I have made and will always listen to every member's opinion. I won't listen to someone who can't communicate without swearing and being aggressive.

With the advertising and the big competition being launched on the 1st along with the new website and forum skin, this should be a time of excitement for current members.

So let me know where you think we can improve and what needs changing, I assure you that I will read every single reply.

I think problematic members definitely need to be handled, those who think they can rebel should just be silenced if they continuously cause trouble, and mind what I said, continuously.

We just need more activity,and greater staff.2 Mods is just not cutting it, Oxide is doing most of the jobs,no offence to other mods.

I think a "we take no shit" rule would be perfect. Many forums have this, if a member consistently steps out of line, bam! Members here need to realise this is a community AND a business, they are the members, not the owners. We're not trying to dictate anyone, but when a member tries to call out staff members and creates havoc (like earlier today), then they expect a fair democracy as if they're paying taxes, they should be banned.

Where did you get the idea that we wanted a multi-supported gaming site? Was there a poll or something? I honestly forget. We don't want that. We nust want to stay a Runescape foum. Please, if you're making it a multi-supported gaming site, change the domain.

You did a lot of things around ere so far. The result? Losing members. So what's the problem then? The content isn't what we're looking for. We would like Runescape related updates.

Right now, the only reason I'm still here is because of RAF.

If you turn this into a genral gaming board then you are competing with 1000's of other forums and why would people join here? what can you offer thats unique?

Nothing. He can offer nothing. This forum will surely die. I don't care if Glen spent $500 on a them, it's going to die. There's been nothin unique here for awhile.

Glen, just wanted to bring up you say I said I have nothing to do. WHich is true, but have you ever thought of why?? Whatever job you have to do you instantly give it to Oxide. No other staff have a role pretty much. You hand everyjob you can to him so he has all the work and he stands out. The way you gave @"Ninja" staff (no offense) was a mistake. You now have 3 Brits on the team 2AUS(At least) and 1 American. My timezone was perfect and I was looking forward to staying(as I was finally doing stuff when you asked me too) I guess that wont happen now that you get pissed and people say stuff and you demote me without saying anything.

I literally get on as the brits get off, even @"Chewbaka" said so. I work 12 hours a day, and when I get home or even at work I get on and you say it's for "Inactivity" reasons. I'm 18 working a full time job with clients, and I make time for a site I've been on for over 2 years. I've been with @"RAF" since the beggining, and he knows when he needs something. I take time off or make time to help out but that's if I need to. When the members need a MM, who do you think they ask? I'm sure I'm one of the most trusted on the forum.

You left Chewbaka solo, it's summer and I work full time. Fall comes and you'll see I'll be the most active again as I'll have school and the internet almost 24/7.


Even @"Oxide" knows, when I'm needed I'm there.

I told him this exact thing last night on Skype. My activity has dropped off a lot lately. I used to post 10-15 times a day but now I'm probably averaging 1-2. I had never posted on HF before yesterday but I went and bought l33t as I wanted an active forum to post on. I just hope the adverting @"Glen" is planing works.

I explained to RAF last night why this site will die. He told me to wait a few weeks, but my patience has just about run out for this forum.

If the plan is official that this is going to be a multi-game supported site, then I won't waste my time waiting.

Also, I told RAF that he never should have sold the site. Even if he didn't have time he had the staff to create/add unique things Runegear could offer. Well that's down the drain now.
