This wasn't just directed at you and I guess your an exception in this case.

But there are so many others that always do it.

Glen, just wanted to bring up you say I said I have nothing to do. WHich is true, but have you ever thought of why?? Whatever job you have to do you instantly give it to Oxide. No other staff have a role pretty much. You hand everyjob you can to him so he has all the work and he stands out. The way you gave @"Ninja" staff (no offense) was a mistake. You now have 3 Brits on the team 2AUS(At least) and 1 American. My timezone was perfect and I was looking forward to staying(as I was finally doing stuff when you asked me too) I guess that wont happen now that you get pissed and people say stuff and you demote me without saying anything.

I literally get on as the brits get off, even @"Chewbaka" said so. I work 12 hours a day, and when I get home or even at work I get on and you say it's for "Inactivity" reasons. I'm 18 working a full time job with clients, and I make time for a site I've been on for over 2 years. I've been with @"RAF" since the beggining, and he knows when he needs something. I take time off or make time to help out but that's if I need to. When the members need a MM, who do you think they ask? I'm sure I'm one of the most trusted on the forum.

You left Chewbaka solo, it's summer and I work full time. Fall comes and you'll see I'll be the most active again as I'll have school and the internet almost 24/7.

I agree tbh, all Staff should receive more roles than what they have at the moment.

I agree with what you're saying here. You are probably the most trusted member on this forum. You've put lots of time and effort into this forum to help it flourish. He's always there when people need help.

Yes I agree if it seems members just want to make sure the forum fails. This is the reason why we have improved the warning system.

We just need more activity,and greater staff.2 Mods is just not cutting it, Oxide is doing most of the jobs,no offence to other mods.

I have made changes in the staff, we don't need any more staff until the activity picks up. This will happen from the 1st when advertising starts.

Where did you get the idea that we wanted a multi-supported gaming site? Was there a poll or something? I honestly forget. We don't want that. We nust want to stay a Runescape foum. Please, if you're making it a multi-supported gaming site, change the domain.

You did a lot of things around ere so far. The result? Losing members. So what's the problem then? The content isn't what we're looking for. We would like Runescape related updates.

Right now, the only reason I'm still here is because of RAF.

I'm not removing the Rune Scape parts of the website, it's one of the main games we will be giving guides, competitions and videos for. We want to offer more games so we can build a bigger user base. If anything the Rune Scape support is going to get larger.

This forum has always targetted a specific audience like at first botting was big here then it leaned towards hacking :/

If you turn this into a genral gaming board then you are competing with 1000's of other forums and why would people join here? what can you offer thats unique?

Why would I want the forum to die? We are going to have large unique competitions every month.

You need to talk to Staff and give them a little reminder That they are just regular members who clean the forum up They are nothing more
They go around acting like tough shit

And also When you update stuff on the site you should make a update log thread so Users can keep track on the new things added

I have made changes to staff and staff can no longer just ban a member. The warning system has been improved and they must use this if they want to penalise a member.

I have also added the ban appeal section so if a member is banned wrongly the decision can be overturned.

I just think you need to understand how important the community is. It's your site and you can do what you want but the member base is the most important thing of the forum and if you don't have them on your side there is no forum. Just imagine what would happen if RG lost just 10 of the most current active users.

I couldn't agree more with you. Hence the reason I have made this thread and trying my best to please all members at the same time. It's a lot easier saying that then actually doing it.

Mike you are a good member and you do/have a lot of work for the forum which I respect you for. I did give you tasks and they wasn't completed other then making a thread for SOTW.

RAF and Oxide are the promotions staff at the moment, I will appoint new staff when they are needed as and when we are getting more users.

To all others that asked me questions the same as others your reply would of been the same so there was no point in writing it twice.

I hope this clears any doubts up members had and I am being as open as I can.
