Yes, it says you need at least a 1 year tenure of being a member of Xbox live gold

could i for example go to account.xbox.com/friends search a tag and if it looks inactive (such as the tag "rahul") and will i kno if the tag resets?

So like 13 years go first, and then 12s, 11s, etc. So if you have a low tenure, you may not get shit. And i heard they aren't releasing them all at once, they're releasing them slowly so it's "fair" to everybody. I don't know honestly. I have my eyes on some tags, but I doubt I'll get any since this account is a 1 year, and my banned account is a 5
