Ugh, I really wanted to donate to this site too.

Technically he can warn for any thing he wants
Mods/staff dont have guide lines that say You have to do X to get warned
They can warn me for swearing in a thread just because they dont like my words
And Im guessing he does not like fake contests so he said somthing will happen
He did not say what so yea

No he can not. They may be Staff, but my members and community come first. They also do have strict guidelines for how to warn and ban.

I think I put that the wrong way
Im saying They do not always warn people Like if it breaks the rules sometimes it slides by and stuff like that

And some people get warned for a little thing just because he/she got the staff/mod on a bad day or They just rubbed them a wrong way etc

I won't release the guidelines, but warnings are rarely handed out unless necessary.

Any warning/ ban issued is justified. There is really no reason for anyone besides Management and the Super Moderator's to know those reasons.
