God damn...Some people here are so ignorant. Why keep all abortions legal if you're only worried about the hard cases of rape and incest? It is obvious that abortion is killing. The only thing we are uncertain on is what we are killing. It is either just potential life or a "person". Each of you have your own view on when the unborn becomes a human. It could be conception, implantation, when it gets a heartbeat or brainwaves, birth, etc. Since we don't know what we are killing let's use this analogy. If you were out in the woods with some friends and you had a gun and then you saw a bush rustle...Would you shoot it without knowing what it was? (it could be your friend OR an animal) but why take the chance of shooting your friend? It is the same thing for abortion since you don't know when the unborn becomes a human do not keep abortion legal except for the hard cases of rape and incest.

I think it should be the womens choice. But then again im more of an anti-federalist and want little governement control on what people to do.

My general conclusion on this topic is against.

It doesn't matter how you got the Fetus, if it was to be born with problems, you are still killing a human. What makes people think that taking the life of an innocent unborn human is just? You are basically saying he/she does not have the right to live & doesn't deserve to be born. The process that they go through to actually remove the fetus from a womans stomach is sickening and we have no idea whether or not it actually 'hurts' the fetus because many people who are pro abortion believe that it isn't even a living thing, when the truth is, it is a living thing from the time it is conceived. It makes me sick to know that abortion is still allowed today.
