You make it sound like it's hard to get members on a forum.
Do it the right way, and you'll grow really quick. The thing is, you used all the fucked up ways to get members, which results in inactive members, who don't care about the actual site.

On other forums, it can be an achivement just to get into a group, or get an award. It's not like etc. FK and your forum where you just hand out awards to everybody who buys them.

In order to keep members, you need to keep them motivated, and happy about the forum.
If everybody have a few awards, and everybody is in a usergroup, what is the actual point of being there? Is there any goals you can aim for?
Why make it to the official news team, when it's shit and there's nothing to write about?
Why apply for a group, when 500 others is already member of it without earning any benefits?

Why is your forum better compared to others? Ask yourself questions, and answer them.

I haven't made many mistakes, things were going good until the niche dried up. Much like the niche on FK is OG tags (probably 90% of the threads nowadays)
No offence, but I don't need help from you. Where is your forum larger than FK if you have all the answers?
