End of the world? Oh hell no. A good friend of mine took some classes about Mayan culture last year- the calender is supposed to repeat itself. But do you REALLY believe in astrology? The only reason horoscopes and that shit actually work is because we twist our perception of reality to fit into the shell astrology builds. It's like... a Bella. Forgive me for the fail reference, but it's true. Bella is a worthless shell that anybody can fit into because that's how she was created. You know enough to think there's something there, but you don't know enough for it be specific.

For reals, disasters happen all the time. It's not going to be the end of the world. There are two options: 1. the calender is going to just repeat or 2. they just never finished writing bullshit. Take your pick.

People usually address something to happen on a general, not exact date.

This one they picked it for Winter Solitice and solar storms, no biggie.
