Not at all, that's like saying on dec 31 the world is going to end because the calendar resets.

Its just another Y2K. Probably going to knock out a few of our satellites or something like that. Nothing serious though.

I believe it's like another Y2K, but I believe if something does happen, it will be huge and not a minor thing. Just my thought about that.

End of the world? Oh hell no. A good friend of mine took some classes about Mayan culture last year- the calender is supposed to repeat itself. But do you REALLY believe in astrology? The only reason horoscopes and that shit actually work is because we twist our perception of reality to fit into the shell astrology builds. It's like... a Bella. Forgive me for the fail reference, but it's true. Bella is a worthless shell that anybody can fit into because that's how she was created. You know enough to think there's something there, but you don't know enough for it be specific.

For reals, disasters happen all the time. It's not going to be the end of the world. There are two options: 1. the calender is going to just repeat or 2. they just never finished writing bullshit. Take your pick.

Good question because it not only tells a persons personality but also religion and beliefs. I personally don't believe it is going to make the world end.. The myains didn't create a calender for 2013 and so on because the just didnt want too....

Nope, no reason to. Enjoy life while it lasts if you do. They say the people who predicted 9/11 say it will happen. But what if the people who predicted 9/11 were part of it but just in another culture? No one is 100% right anymore and never was.

That's a stupid reason to hope for the end of the world to occur. If it happens, you can't rub it in the face of the people who said it wouldn't. You'd all be dead.

People usually address something to happen on a general, not exact date.

This one they picked it for Winter Solitice and solar storms, no biggie.
