I've never owned a DS but I remember Crystal version quite well. Anyways, I don't think it says anywhere in either the ToS or the CoC that you can be banned for associating with a stolen account, otherwise this would happen much more often.

It doesn't, But people are saying that it's against the CoC or ToS for her to ban people for adding her tag, Which it's not cause she had her GT stolen, Something that was her property, So she can do w/e she wants since her property was stolen.

I added a jacked tag before and clearly nothing happened or i would have been banned a long time ago dumbass. Clearly this is new to not just me but to everyone or else no one would have done it. This ones an employee, don't pretend their isn't an obvious difference between employees and regular customers. Also, it's probably just an xbox employee going through the friends list.

I'm thinking the gamer tag was an employees so they banned everyone who tried to add it. Or since the tag was stolen they banned the users who tried to add it because it was posted here on FK. No, she probably pulled up all the tags on the friends list and banned them, lol. She doesn't need permission to ban a small amount of people, especially people Microsoft doesn't really want on the service.

It is an employees tag & she did ban anyone who added it. And they're not a bitch for banning cause it was totally right for her to ban people. Her tag was jacked, Meaning that now something in her possession, Her property was stolen, So that gives her the right to do w/e she wants. It's like if someone stole your bike, That's your property that someone stole from you, And that gives you the right to do w/e you want to that person, Bash their face in or just go & simply steal theirs. She has every right since her property was stolen.

I'm not mad i got banned, i knew it was comming somehow but put the thought in the back of my head. Regardless I'm upset that all the innocent randoms on xbox got banned.
