It doesn't, But people are saying that it's against the CoC or ToS for her to ban people for adding her tag, Which it's not cause she had her GT stolen, Something that was her property, So she can do w/e she wants since her property was stolen.

If someone were to steal something that you physically owned, the person who it was stolen from would not have the right to go and do whatever he/she wants to the person that stole it. Also, they wouldn't arrest friends of the person who stole the physical object unless they were directly involved.

You guys need to realize this: You don't even own your Xbox LIVE account, it's all Microsoft's. You're technically pretty much just renting the profile from them, signed away in that massive legal document you agreed to when you sign up for an account. Microsoft has pretty much every right to do whatever they want on Xbox LIVE short of stealing identities and CC #'s.

Yeah, it sucks you guys lost your accounts, but there's nothing anyone can do.

So me and my friend talked to microsoft support and since adding a jacked gamertag is not added tothe ToS or CoC when we got banned and they banned alot of us without valid proof we all jacked the tag support is willing to escalate this to tier 3 and attempt to reverse the bans. So all of you that said they are allowed to ban us for adding a jacked tag are mad wrong. I scimmed through the ToS very closely and nothing said anything about being punished for adding a stolen tag. So everyone call up MS and get our tags unbanned!

What they told me well I didn't get it escalated because my connection failed but hopefully we get our tags unbanned, dgaf about the console

sadly, my tags didnt get unbanned though, im done with the whole buying tags scene now because i was pretty pissed when my xbox got banned. but yes my xbox was unbanned although i dont have proof because i would of never thought this would happen but i prayed (lol) and today i got on and i was able to play xbox live
