I will add reps given back right now, but koins wont be coming back until the new theme comes.

I didn't even think about doing some template edits on the mobile theme. I will give that a crack tomorrow night.

@Philly Yeah for every kind of tutorial I just recently made a Tut and it was moved to spam and trolling because there was no where to put it.

I'd like to see a "comedy" sub-forum somewhere, because "spamming & trolling" doesn't exactly define comedy or funny. It'd be for posting stand-ups, funny YouTube videos (or any video), pictures, etc.

Also, a "tutorial" prefix in almost all sections (that it would be reasonable in) would be nice. Tutorials keep being moved to "spamming & trolling" section, which I don't see why. I think it would help out a lot, but that's just me.

The junk plugin must be edited, bump button will hopefully come next month, and everything else I will add. Well besides neutral rep, I just don't see a point in having it.

I like neutral rep, it gets some people agitated without giving them negative. I also think it would be a cool feature for non-upgraded members to have, since they can't give rep (right?).

I am considering starting to allow them to give +1 rep but not negative.
