politics,weed, and synthetic weed

Well im posting this thread because i think marijuanna will be legalized in most states soon but has any1 ever heard of K2 or dejavu the chemical weed that is legal everywhere.
1. politics supporting marijuana
- the republican party has shown a growth in votes to legalize it or atleast a growth in supporting it but they wont just come out at say it
- i recently read a article about it in the newspaper and it was stating that most of the republicans would legalize it. as they had people analyzing the data that had come out from the parties.
- but democrats are still a little uptight about it. probibly because its still a "bad" thing once our society "decriminalizes" it Obama or whatever president will make it legal not only of popular demand but party votes too.
2. synthetic weed
-stuff such as k2, spice and the new superman is very harmfull to ur health and if they just made real weed legal this would never have to be out there and we could just smoke weed, its estimated that these synthetics are very easily obtainable for childran alot more then weed because they sell it in smoke shops threwout the united states

Haven't heard of the others myself. I'm against the legalization simply because it would serve nothing positive other then lowering the price for druggies who normally aren't the best people in the world.

well It would serve alot of purposes. stopping some of the crime that happens over drug trades. stopping the Weed drug trades in all. and making it so that the druggies dont get called so much bad people because now they wouldnt be doing such "bad" things. but i guarentee it will be legalized because its being decriminalized as we speak

I'm going to laugh at people who smoke pot because it's going to turn out like cigarettes, over priced + tax.

Also, most people i know that do smoke, say nothing bad happens to them. That it is, "Natural". I think that's a load of crap.

"K2" is being outlawed in many states, small towns, etc. I fully support legalization of marijuana. I swear to god it has been 11 months since I have smoked it and I still don't see anything wrong with the drug itself.

The presenting issue is addiction. Your fellow pot smokers. Lets take 10 of them. 5 of which are addicts. Post a thread on it, 6/10 people disagree. Those 6 are addicts as well. The thing about addiction is you never see it coming, you don't see it when it's there. Some people don't fall into it, many do. The legalization of marijuana is a simple yes in my mind. Let addicts be addicted. But stop wasting your fucking tax money on keeping people in prison that were growing marijuana plants for the love of god.

Despite all the drama and addiction, it's a fuckin' plan. "intent to sell" get over it.

In places like Europe where the legal drinking age is 16, get this, their percentage of teen alcoholics or alcoholics in general is SUBSTANTIALLY lower then Americas, and many other places.
If peoples natural curiosity in drugs and alcohol wasn't kept at a strict "absolutely not" basis, do you really thing we'd have all these bullshit problems?

It is natural when it just comes from the ground. It kills your braincells, yes. But it's not a horrendously bad drug for you, and it can be beneficial in many ways.

The most damaging prospect of marijuana is addiction and your own personality.

You cant get addicted to weed anyways... addiction is simply a state of mind.

Addiction is not a state of mind. Drugs like heroine you can not break with the simple state of mind. Weed though not addictive in a chemical way is a gate way drug and waste of money. Those under the influence commit crimes as well.

Weed does not actually kill braincells, common misconception.

That synthetic weed shit is really dangerous though, a close friend of mine had a near death experience with that stuff when I was there. It was pretty scary the ambulance said if they had gotten there 5 minutes later he would have died.

Yes you sure as hell can get addicted to weed. The rates of getting physically addicted to marijuana are incredibly low, it is mostly in your head. But it's addiction nonetheless. Also, wale has a strong point with drugs like heroine. That is most certainly not in your head.

Exactly you have no personal experience. And because you saw some kids in high school doing drugs that means you know all about drugs? you know the experience of doing drugs? no. I'm sorry but anything about drugs coming from you is just complete ignorance seeing as you have no experience with it.
