I guess I'll give a legitimate reasoning as to why I think they should stay..

I'm not sure about you guys, but I somewhat enjoy reading through older threads.
Every now and then I'll see something that's helpful/funny, often times someone I've already +rep'd being the poster.

Can't gravedig the thread.

So I'll throw a Kudos on the post.
