Should I allow Phenom to come back? The person that he turboed which is the reason he is banned hasn't been online. He wants to pay him back but can't due to the user being inactive. I am letting YOU decide whether he will come back or not, of course if/when the person comes back that was turboed, Phenom will be required to pay back the user in full.

The decision is fully up to the community.
 
Yes, with him willing to pay the user back full, he deserves another chance.
Sure he learnt his lesson.
 
Yes he should come back no question, he admitted it unlike everyone else on this site. He also did a great job as a mod, and did alot of other things and alot of legit deals.
 
I did not know him but I do think he should come back.

Everyone deserves a second chance I guess :p
 
I believe he should come back.
Not only because of his HQ, but his time and effort that ws put into FK. Unlike mostly everyone, he admitted to turboing.
 
dont know him but i believe everyone deserves a second chance ! also you will be making money because he is paying :D

There is no DWC group anymore. Philly said if a user gets perma banned, he/she will stay like that with no chance of coming back.

I think you should stick with keeping him banned.

I am only posting this because he has been trying to come back for a while now, and its the only one.

Yeah he has been trying to come back for a while. But IMO he didn't only turbo 1 tag. I know for a fact that he turbo'd at least 3 (I have no proof but whatever). I think if you let him back tags will keep getting turbo'd again (even though they still do now) and he'll do the same thing.

Well that is why I am leaving it up to everyone, and not making a decision myself.
