Just because he admitted to it doesn't make him a changed man, or even worthy of being thought of for a second chance. He broke the rules, in black and white. He may have been a nice member, or a good friend, but once a rule is broken you just can't give in and give someone another chance Philly. It makes you look extremely weak to the rest of the site. If he comes back, who's to say you shouldn't just lift all the bans? (besides Tehstickle, never lift that one.) Philly I'm just confused as to why you put this as a poll, you make it seem like one of those needy facebook pages. "Like if u love ur mom", no. These votes are totally biased due to the fact most of them are his friends, and I mean nothing harsh to you Phenom. I don't know you, but this is my generalized answer of no.

As for everyone else who wants him back i'm dissapointed, you look passed the fact that he turbo'd members because he's your "friend" so you want him back because he's your friend. If you were the one who got turbo'd you sure would not want him back. He's my friend and all but he broke the rules. Phenom + turboing tags (results in banned forever) = Perm-ban forever. It's simple math.

You guys there is a difference between turboeing and scamming he never scammed he turboed and he was the only one who had the balls to admit to it. I'm nor have i talked to him once but from what everyone has said about him seems true, Hes never scammed at all, Always been legit and will continue. When you turbo a tag some people get a rush and want to keep doing it, its like an addiction but looks like hes trying to stop. So why not give him 1 more chance when we gave DURA(That scamming piece of shit) 5 chances and he scammed.

Turbo-ing is stealing, which is scamming. I don't understand why you'd make a thread about this Philly, FK was known as the site didn't have a high amount of turboers. And if one was caught, it was a immediate life time ban, I believe.

Sanc also made a valid point. Deal With Caution no longer exists, so users will not be made aware of Phenom's past. Also, users are banned permanently with no chance of return now that DWC is gone.
This whole thread is favoring Phenom. If he deserves an additional chance, then others deserve an additional chance. And if that is the case, we may as allow "turboing."
